Tom & Wendy Ballentyne
Serving with Christar in the Philippines.
After 25 years of serving as boarding home parents, Tom and Wendy now serve as the Administrative team for the Boarding Department of Faith Academy (a school for the children of missionaries serving throughout Asia). The focus is on mentoring and guiding the staff while preparing for the future.
Bill & Donna Cameron
Serving with Wycliffe Bible Translators at the Calgary head office. Bill works in the Information Technology Department as technical services manager.
Walter & Aileen Pope
Serving with CIAM Media & Radio Broadcasting in Saskatchewan. Walter uses his computer skills developing and maintaining Christian radio broadcasting.
Walter & Cindy Selke
Serving with Healing Hearts Ministries & NCEM in Saskatchewan. Walter and Cindy oversee all of Healing Heart Ministries through the 3 prairie provinces.
Mark & Cheryl Sorell
Serving with Action Ventures in Calgary. Mark is the Director of Action Ventures (a ministry of Action Canada). Together with his wife, Cheryl, they train and disciple teams of youth to use the arts to share the Gospel in Canada and around the world.
Mark & Heather Strobert
Mark is serving with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Calgary, doing software development to create computer tools for Bible translators to help them do a better and faster job translating Scripture into minority languages around the world that don't yet have the Bible.
Larry & Joyce Thiessen
Serving with Send International in the Philippines. Larry is the Director of Personnel and Training, helping mobilize Filipinos for missions by processing their applications, overseeing their preparation for missionary service, and providing member care.
Clarence & Anna Yau
Serving with Teach Beyond in Germany. Clarence serves as Middle School Chaplain and 8th Grade Bible Teacher at Black Forest Academy (a school for the children of missionaries).
Organizations
A grassroots, non-profit, non-denominational charitable organization, designed to teach life skills and "The 40 Developmental Assets" in order to best inspire and prepare youth for a successful life. Located next to Crossroads Community Church.
As a Plan to Protect member, we are committed to protecting children, youth and vulnerable adults.
Our Sunday school teachers are capable, committed and well-trained, and would be pleased to talk to anyone wishing to know more about the curriculum.
